3. SMS Communications

By opting in to receive SMS messages from AI-Lead Service LLC, you agree to the following terms:

  • You consent to receive automated SMS messages related to appointment reminders, missed call follow-ups, lead nurture communications, and promotional messages.
  • Message frequency varies depending on your interactions and service plan.
  • Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details on applicable rates.
  • To opt out of SMS messages at any time, text STOP to the number from which you received the message. You will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent.

9. Limitation of Liability

AI-Lead Service LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, client access to automation systems will be discontinued.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in Hillsborough County, Florida.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
